Eligibility
Children of Hawaiian ancestry, living in the State of Hawaii, between the ages of birth through 17 years of age, orphaned through the death of a parent. Grief counseling services are also provided for parents who have lost a minor (under the age of 18), child of Hawaiian ancestry.
