Eligibility

Youth ages 0-26 who are or have been involved in out of home care. Families that care for youth in out of home care. Families strengthening services including psychological evaluations, PCIT, play therapy open to all youth and their families.

Description

Provides case management for youth in long term foster care, guardianship, transition, post high school education and post adoption. Provides mental health assessments and parent-child interactive therapy. Provides financial assistance for educational and self-esteem building activities for children in foster care. Provides training, support, resources and referrals to foster, adopt, kinship and guardianship parents. Hosts a Holiday Party for children in foster care and their families.
