(IOP) The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an intensive psychotherapeutic program designed to treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Services include group therapy, individual counseling, and toxicology testing. Sessions are often done as a group. Clients go home each night, rather than living at a treatment center. Clients attend IOP groups 3-5 days per week, for a total of 9-15 hours per week.

Bridge House Clean and Sober Living provides a residential living opportunity for people in recovery from drug/alcohol abuse. We are a culturally-based program, utilizing Hawaiian health and healing principles. We also have a vocational skills building component, which prepares individuals for entry/re-entry into the work force. We also operate an outpatient substance abuse treatment program at an off-site location that provides assessment and formal treatment.

KHP is a non-profit substance misuse treatment and recovery support Center with a focus on Native Hawaiian cultural values. Provides Outpatient treatment and support services for Molokai residents in early recovery from alcohol and other drug addictions. Also provides 12-step meetings and faith-based recovery support meetings. Provides urine analysis (UA) Testing for youth up to age 18 and adults. Able to provide alcohol and other drugs (AOD) assessments for driving under the influence (DUI) or treatment appropriateness for a fee. KHP has programs for Pregnant and/or parenting Women with children who want to engage in outpatient treatment. Also, persons with a co-occurring mental health diagnosis and a substance use disorder can join dual diagnosis treatment groups. KHP has an emergency food pantry open on Tue and Thurs after 12:30pm. (Ho'omau Ke Ola - HKO) Hoomau Ke Ola operates a culture-based substance abuse treatment center providing residential, outpatient, and aftercare levels of care along with transitional housing, case management services, individual and group counseling, family education, and vocational education. Using cross-cultural perspectives to the healing of addiction, Hoomau Ke Ola clients participate in outdoor activities that include restoration of Hawaiian agricultural land, service to the community, hula and canoeing.
